Posterscope and Vizeum Share Luck With Kung Fu Panda Fortune Cookies

Recently Posterscope and Vizeum in cooperation with JCDecaux and 20th Century Fox brought a movie to life in a spectacular way. For the release of the Kung Fu Panda 3 an innovative OOH approach was  used. The idea to attract passers-by in a unique way turned out to be successful by creating a playful interaction.
20th Century Fox wanted to do something creative with the age-old Chinese tradition which is a theme in all the Kung Fu Panda movies. The main character, the Kung Fu panda himself named Po, is known for his love for food and in the movie we frequently see him eating lots of snacks.
To translate the Chinese tradition and Po’s love for food into a promoting campaign Posterscope and Vizeum came up with the idea to share Chinese fortune cookies with passengers. 6sheets and CLP’s were transmitted into cookie dispensers where 1500 Chinese fortune cookies were shared with life motto notes hidden in them.
This way of creating interaction with passengers worked out very well and corresponded perfectly with the theme of the Kung Fu Panda 3 movie. Overall this OOH spectacular was a great way to get noticed by passengers.
