Posterscope Netherlands organises OOH ‘trend walk’

As part of the launch of its 2021 OOH Trends report, Posterscope Netherlands has collaborated with JCDecaux to organise a special “OOH trend walk” through Amsterdam’s city centre.

The walk takes in seven different JCDecaux bus shelters each of which features a different poster depicting one of the agency’s OOH trends for 2021. The posters also include a QR code that walkers can scan to receive more information on each trend and a route map to collect all trends. Everyone can walk the trend report together until April 9th 2021.

With colleagues and clients all working from home and missing physical meetings and interactions that walk is also designed to encourage colleagues and business contacts to get together and take some exercise together.

Bas van den Hoogen, Senior OOH Director of Posterscope NL, explains: “With the current need to work from home, it is more important than ever that we get enough exercise.  Our walk through Amsterdam city centre has been created to encourage colleagues and clients to get out and talk a walk together, while also using the power of our own medium to present our 2021 trend report.  One of key trends in OOH this year is the shift towards local living. For many, the place where we live is now also the place where we work, shop, exercise and relax, hence the idea for our local walk.”
