PayPal wanted to promote their platform to visitors at the Tokyo games, and show their partnership with Steam, Japan’s number one gaming platform.

PayPal is traditionally a performance-heavy, online only advertiser. By using data from transit smart cards and mobile ad requests to model and predict performance data on DOOH, Posterscope Japan, together with iProspect Japan put OOH into a language that PayPal could understand.
