IKEA stores are normally situated in commercial parks outside of the city which means you need a car to get there. Also, buying a kitchen is time consuming, needs a lot of planning and is a major investment. In 2017 IKEA wanted to try setting up a kitchen pop up store right in the center of Stockholm.

Posterscope was tasked with getting Stockholmers to understand that they now could reach IKEA very close to where they are, and using a long list of creative and never before used placements – including vending machines in the subway, bike taxis, water logos on the street and a commuting boat!
