Cubanisto Discover The Spirit Within

To support the launch of Cubanisto, AB InBev rum flavoured beer brand, in a highly competitive market at the key end of year sales period, Posterscope wanted to create an engaging campaign that would achieve stand-out and target the young in an ‘urban nightlife’ context.

Audience insight demonstrated the audience were tech-savy, highly active on social media, smart-phone owners that regularly frequent bars and clubs, and the OOH campaign needed to reflect this.

Posterscope Belgium created an interactive banner (powered by Twitter) in Brussels and Antwerp which engaged passers-by by inviting them to change the special backlight colour in real-time by tweeting their favourite colour @CUBANISTOMASK. This stunt was part of a wider proximity (to key venues/locations) OOH campaign which included digital screens, night-time urban projections and free tastings in top cities.
